PacShore also serves in the capacity as the directorship for the Transit and Community Transportation Management Certificate Program provided through the University of the Pacific and Willamette University. The program is offered in California, Washington, Oregon and to the member states of the South West Transit Association. Walter Diangson serves as the Executive Director for Transit Certificate Programs for both universities. This responsibility stems from Mr. Diangson’s years of management and operating experience in the public transportation industry and from the belief that well managed and properly operated transit, paratransit, and community transportation services are safer and more secure services and thus better risks.
